Hello,
I input my new sim card number into the change sim card number section and press save changes but it doesn't save and just deletes all the numbers I put in back to all zeros.

@softech For an online only service PM's systems are pretty quirky. Can't even access my saved images using this phone. 😩

@Luddite using desktop mode should work. Afterall, it is just an issue with the mobile site

@softech Does Request Desktop Website solve this issue, or must a computer be used?

@While279 If still having trouble on a desktop try the browser in incognito/in private browsing mode. It's been reported on this forum the site having some trouble with browsers at time that requires incognito or clear cache etc to resolve. Good luck!

@While279 you were making the change sim request on mobile phone?
Please go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
