If your renewal date is tomorrow then this is a standard notice and the fine print indicates if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds to ignore the notice.
Your phone should working while it indicates that your account is suspended.

Do you have service at all?Do you see that 'suspended' message on your account?
When was your renewal date?

Sometimes autopay fails. Make a manual payment and the account should reactivate.
