I received a promotional email from Public Mobile (title). Because I have pre-authorized payment, I though the discount will be activated on my account automatically but nothing so far.

@BKNS27- I think you meant to say old rewards instead of "new Points".

When did you get the email?
The new Points system no longer applies $2 credit if you actived your SIM after January 25/22.
You will get 5% in points of your total monthly bill.

Since you did receive that messaging from the company, I would demand it for the one time. But yes after that no longer.

If you are signed before Jan 25, '22 then this offer might apply as you would be on old rewards system.
Otherwise there is no more $2 off for autopay.

If you're on the new Points system you don't get the $2 off discount unfortunately. It is only available on the old Rewards system.
