I am unable to use cc to make payment but have 48.00 on my acct and i am trying to use that but no luck. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried dialing 611 to make a payment? There are options there that might work for you.

If you have enough funds to cover the cost of the plan, try the subscribe button on overview page.

The website is finicky. You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.

First of all, is your service working? How much is your plan costs? Do you have enough funds to cover the cost of the next renewal?
If your service is working and you have enough funds, I would ignore any suspended service notice in your self service account. On the day of renewal, Public mobile account does show many different warnings about suspended state, etc. Once the plan renews, the next day, the warnings are gone.

did you try to login My Account on browser or app and click Pay Now and resume service? If you have Available fund enough to cover, it won't use your credit card
