Can't login to account and when I try to do a password recovery, it lists it as a "Suspended Account". On a month to month plan and I haven't paid for several months now due to lack of funds. Is the account and phone number still valid?

I know that have to order a new SIM. However it looks like my Email is in use and kind of disabled along with the old SIM.
No you can’t use the same email if your account is disabled after 90 days. You need to use a different email.

No it has to be a new email or you can use an alias if your email supports it

@paul474After 90 days the SIM won't work, you will need to get a new one.If you ported the number you had to Public Mobile then it is gone, if you picked a new number there is a slim possibility that you will be able to pick that number again.

If your account has been suspended for less than 90 days you can get your number back simply by reactivating your account. If it's been more than 90 days you will need a new PM sim and activate as a new customer. Your chances of getting your old number are slim to none.

Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days. So if the account in question has not been active for 90 days, there is no way of recovering the account. The phone number will have been returned to the pool of unused phone numbers for future redistribution.
