While on a trip, I received a message that my gigs were getting low. I requested 1 extra gig for the month, however I was charged for 3!

Can I get reimbursement for the other 2. Therefore I want to pay $15, not the extra $30)

@Puces2   You might want to take a look in your rewards page as the data/minutes is much cheaper to purchase for roaming or domestic use if you have enough rewards points available to use up.   Currently there is an option to get 5GB/5 points redemption for 30 days usage.
