I accidentally locked my sim card. Now it is asking for the PUK #
How do i get that number to unlock the sim card.

I accidentally locked my sim card. Having problems getting the PUK # to unlock it. I've be directed to do several password change. I am now too frustrated without my phone service.
Please help.

If you have an iPhone, go to Setting>SIM PIN>disable SIM PIN.
Otherwise contact a CS_Agent by submitting a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.

Click on "Chatbot (SIMon)" below under the "Get Help" section, tap "Chat with SIMon", then type 'need PUK', follow precise instructions toward submitting a ticket to the customer support agents.
