Ideally, you get a response in less than an hour but due to ongoing promotions, the wait can be longer. I ported to PM last week and had an issue. It took about 2 hrs to receive a response but after that, all subsequent responses were immediate and the agent worked with me to fix my issue. If your situation is urgent, please submit a ticket so that your query is tracked. Rest assured, PM support is great. I hope your query gets addressed soon.

Usually 1-24 hours (as per my experience). Sometimes your question is 'lost in the mail'.
But if you open a Ticket at least it can be tracked so do not contact agents directly.

Normally within a few hours. However, because of these explosive promotion offers happening, it may take up to 12 hours.

@Sandjo - Within 24-48 hours. Last Saturday they said that they had a large amount of tickets getting sent so don't be angry if it takes about 2 days but they can respond up to 30 minutes, but usually after replying it is an hour before getting a response from CS_Agent.
