everytime i log in itsays 

forbidden A1

 

i tried reloading clearingcache etc still no luck

there is no customer service atall

I have tried different laptop and different phone same 

forbidden a1

when I do in app it’s shows it’s going to load but stay at Same Home Screen and nothing happens

That does sometimes work, bu other times, I need to either do one of force close, clear app storage, or do a device restart.  The blank screen with unatuhorized or foridden AI messages is annoyance that I suspect that many customers won't know how to get around.  It points to a flaw in the software programming.


On one of my phones, reinstalling the app does not do anything, only clicking on the banner links eventually load the online account.

Browser or app?  I found that for the app, if I click on the banner links on the bottom, that eventually causes the landing page to load.  For browser refresh has always worked for me.
