Thanks again for your help

it is now 5G, but you have to make a plan change yourself still, it is treated as a different plan
but make sure you use Change on Renewal

@behaviorbuoy We are just customers like you . If you changed plans immediately and not in renewal you will be charged that full amount right away and start a new 30 day cycle . pM is no refunds but if you just did this you can try and submit ticket with support to see if they can reverse it for you

Thanks for reply. I just changed my subscription from 4G to 5G. Can I get that reversed since it changed anyways?

Yes, yesterday it changed. But if you're already in the 4G version of it you need to change plans to the new version.

@behaviorbuoy Yes it sure did . If your on then 4G version of it be sure to change plan for next renewal so you don’t lose money on your current cycle
