Hello,

There is a message in my account that my subscription ends today October 3rd, 2026.  What does it mean that my subscription has ended? How oftern does subscription ends?

PM never sends a message that your subscriptions ends. Autopay just renews your subsctription...

PM is prepaid.  Subscription ends today means the current cycle you paid will end at midnight tonight 

if you have autopay setup, there is nothing to worry, PM will take the money from your card tonight

but if you have disabled autopay or if credit card removed, you have to pay by voucher before midnight or the service will be suspended 

And remember, PM has a 30 days cycle , not monthly.  So, if Oct 3rd is your current cycle end, next one is Nov 2nd is the next

If you are on AutoPay (Subscribed), your CC might have expired.

Best to login to your account and check the CC detail on file. 
I don’t receive any message that my monthly plan is about to expire. AutoPay automatically top up and withdraw on my renewal date.

It's odd you got that message as they stopped sending those. It may mean that your payment didn't go through and your service may be cut off later. It's best to log in and confirm your payment works and your credit card you have listed is valid. If all is good and nothing is wrong, could be just a system glitch. PM is notorious for that.
