@Alesi Do the postal codes on the credit/debit cards match the address given for the activation? Also using the app make sure to have location services turned on.

I don't know. I am just a customer. I just know people are ok after using a new account and another credit card

I am at day 3 trying to get svc. What kind of issues it is: get slow on account creation? It sound non-sense to me.

people has success when they use another email to create another account
but do it slower. Wait 24 hours first. Then uninstall the PM app and reinstall and then setup the new account with another email.

to buy sim card , it is quicker to buy it from Telus or Koodo stores
for activation, were you using the app? Download Public Mobile app and setup another account using another email address, try to use a different credit card as well
