I canceled my subscription on July 14 however I have been billed for the past two billing cycles (2 times, each $38.42). I didn't use this plan or sim card as it was temporary.
Would you please reimburse me for the unused plans and make sure my plan and the subscription are canceled?

Actually, it was well before July 14 that I unsubscribed from this plan... I wasn't even in Canada during the last couple of months to use my sim card.

I unsubscribed from the plan, which stops the payment process.
It worked on another plan of mine.

HOW did you 'cancel' your subscription?
Did you port out your number? Did you ask agent to remove your credit card info from your account?
