hi @kimmy45 no PM is one email for one account. You need to use another email to create a new account

so, it was a new subscription? you want to cancel the subscription? or you want to cancel the port?
if you want to cancel the subscription, support agent can help, but not sure if they can refund the amount, check with them. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Do you mean you changed your regular plan to a different plan ? If so, did you select Change Now or Change at Renewal ?

Did you get charged? Did you activate SIM?
If not I would not worry about.
