I got the lowest one for my kid. Realized you didn’t get to text. So went to the next one up in two hours. I’ve been charged for both plans. How do I solve this? I can’t submit a ticket to save my life

Thank you. I did my best explaining our mistake and I hope they can help me. Things are a bit tricky setting up when you are not tech savvy. Her phone was on a setting that was preventing outgoing texts ….

The $15 lowest plan does have text also., but just limited talk and data.
Public mobile does not pro-rate plans. Normally, PM will not offer refunds, but you can try to contact Customer service agent to see whether they can credit your account.
