Subscription was canceled today for non-payment - my credit card is working fine elsewhere

Hello, has anyone ever had their plan cancelled on them before without their permission for non-payment? But then your credit card was still working elsewhere? It keeps saying cannot process transaction at this time when I go to pay. This is my work phone and I own a company so it's a bit of an emergency to get my service going again. Thanks for your help ❤️

@Megnog We are customers like you here on the forum. If you do not have working services, when was your renewal date? When you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see what the status says? If public cannot find your account, then did you do a chargeback or have a disputed charge on your card lately?

If this was an Autopay failure, and your services are not working and the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611,  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

I'd like CSA your autopay failed if this was the case. Methods to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble), 

2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.
