@mdors1 , please use this tower map to see where the local towers are situated. Generally, customers do not have that much pull in asking specifically for a tower density improvement. Is the reception problem you are having recent or has been like this all the time? It could be that there is a local outage that will resolve itself soon.

are you using 4G or 5G or 3G? try flipping your network mode to different one and see if it helps
