Hi
Can I please get help, @CS_Agent I received a SMS message about a new plan, and the text says it will change on renewal which I didn't want.
When I login to my account it's still showing my current plan and I don't see anything new on renewal. Can an agent take a look and make sure my subscription plan stays the same on next renewal?

Look in subscriptions and add ons.
See bottom. CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE.

If you did say, yes. And it’s supposed to happen at your next renewal is there not a place in your “my account” that you can cancel that request?

@meihing As long as you didn’t reply YES to the text it won’t change plans and you will keep your old plan but if you like to verify with support then
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
