Subscription not activated

Hello, I'm attempting to be a new customer but getting more frustrated with the lack of help available each time I try. I tried activating my subscription last night and received a "subscription not activated" message, along with instructions to contact a customer support agent. The chatbot in the app was absolutely no help at all, and it would not even connect me with customer support after asking if i would like to. Anyways, please help issue so I can get my subscription/phone service activated, or provide instruction for getting a refund.

Message seems to have sent after re-typing, thanks.

@ijk  Try completely deleting the message and then re-typing it from scratch.

Oh well, same result using the new link

"Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

  • Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied."

@ijk  Yes that html thing happens sometimes.  Usually it relates to something copied and pasted and the remedy is to copy what you wrote, past it to a note app, delete the message from the private message and then post if back from the notes.  Alternatively if there is anything copied and pasted delete it and type it in, the message should go then.

Hi, Thanks! I'll give the link you provided a try, however, I have tried several times to send a direct message to customer service and receive this reply each time "Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

  • Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied."

Here's the thing - there was no html in my message to begin with, and the reply contained no highlighted errors for me to correct. So DM has been a dead-end so far, I'll let you know if the new link has any success.

@ijk   Use this link to send a message directly to customer service

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

It bypasses the bot and an agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon for a drop down menu with Messages.

I also tried repeatedly to send a message via the website customer support portal and every time it said no agents were available and then disconnected.
