Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I signed up for the service but screwed up on the old account number.  It wouldn't port.  Then I screwed up and downloaded another esim.  Can someone reset everything so I can start over or can someone please get a hold of me.

@Zachary013 for porting, there is a team you can call. I will send you the number to your community inbox 

for eSIM, do you have the eSIM installed on your phone?? I can tell you what to enable to make it work. Tell us if you you have iPhone or Android
