Subscription not activated

  • So while trying to setup my mothers phone I made a mistake using the new Simcard number instead of the old. Now the app is stuck on step 6 of 6 saying subscription not activated. I cannot go back only options are to log out or Get Support. While trying to get support it goes nowhere. I’d like to be able to change the info I entered to correct problem but cannot get any support from App

@RBrat  You tap the link it’s auto filled to send to agent you just need to type message and hit reply

@RBrat  You need new sim card for new account anyways that’s what your doing right making new account mom ?? For the payment part  you can uninstall the app reboot phone and re install app and try again . If same you can submit ticket with this direct link

hi @RBrat you need a new sim card to activate, you cannot use the old one, so it wasn't wrong

if you cannot pass the screen, please check with CS agent.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
