Hi, i tried to activate a plan but stoped at step 6. Error message: subscription not activated
is asking to contact support, I talked to someone at the chat but they told me they can not help and try here.

@rdgo What have you tried where are you stuck . Have you tried activating on the app ? All activations need the app to complete

I don't have time for this not any provider can charge you and not give service or costumer service. We are PAYING for a service that's not free

I've trying online chat and the community moderator nobody helped me my credit card was charged I paid for a service that I never get. Guys the only option we have is open complains at CRTC

@rdgo @Use this direct link to message support give them sometime there really busy with Black Friday promos . I just had wait two days for a reply that I submitted in the 24 and only heard back today . It’s not normally this busy but it’s been one heck of a Black Friday weekend . I can assure you if you were wrongfully charged they will credit you .

HI @voivode
you activated with physical sim or eSIM
if physical, still try your sim card and see if it connects to PM network. If eSIM, check if the eSIM was actually already installed but just not set to active. And check if you get any Welcome email and scan the QR code
If that does not help, please submit ticket with CS agent
