I already paid, payment went through. Subscription not activated. When I click Get Support and then log in, I am stuck on a blank white page when a button "Done" on the top right hand corner.

I think the important question is... does your phone accept eSIM? If not, you may require a physical SIM card. If you do need one, you can contact a local Telus store and see if they have any or you can purchase one off of Amazon. Just don't purchase directly from PM.

Try rebooting your device, resetting network connections, toggling airplane off/on.
Indeed, any one of the above options may work.

Are you doing the activation through the PM app? If not, you're going to need it to complete the activation.
