Hello,
Long term customer [6 years]
For the first time my monthly data had reached maximum 50 GB and the unlimited data feature if my plan did not activate.
I presently have no data on this phone.
I don't see any way to activate this part of the plan.

Is your plan a 4G speed plan? Unlimited data is not included unless it's 5G.
If you've confirmed that you're on a 5G speed plan then it's possible the unlimited data is too slow for what you're trying to do.

@Bache24 You didn't mention that you were on the Canada plan, that is why we mentioned it just in case as others erroneously thought the Can/US plan had it too. As noted above for assistance contact customer service here:

I already mentioned I'm on the unlimited data plan for Canada. Yes, I'm aware it's slow. The difference between 0 kb/s and 250kb/s there is 0 data connection.

@Bache24, to clarify do you have the Canada only with 50GB unlimited (throttled) data or do you have the Canada/US 50GB plan? The 2 plans differ in this respect so if you have the Canada only the unlimited part should be on automatically I believe

Edit: As @eddieO said below, it should happen automatically if you are on the Can only plan. It will be super slow though....
