for the last 6 months i get an oops! error message when i try to change my plan. i can never get to that page.

did you try using browser with incognito mode? and try a different browser?. and try PM app?
if you tried all 3 ways and none works, you will need to ask PM to help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@johnnyhangover If your using the website try the app instead of. Might also need to clear cache and cookies and use new web window try using incognito mode / private mode or if you have tried app uninstall it and reinstall it and try again should help
