Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue but when logged into my account it said something along the lines of "subscription will expire in so many days" If I hadn't logged in I would have lost my account/subscription without even being informed. I have auto payments set up, there's been no issues with payments. If this happens again does anyone know what Public will do to fix this. I have a specific "plan/subscription" that am very happy with and do not like any of their current deals. Please let me know if you have had a similar account issues and if it was dealt with appropriately.

Could have been a glitch that turned off auto subscription. Auto subscription has been known to fail from time to time.

then service was ever interrupted?
Use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and check My Account again and see what it says now

just make sure that either you have $$ in Available Funds on the night before renewal OR you have Sunscribed (autopay) enabled. Either way...if you do happen to forget to pay, you have up to 90 days after the plan expires, to reactivate the plan...you won't lose it.

@SassyWhovian , are you sure that auto subscription was turned on in your account? What I see in the payment tab in my account is an indication that I am currently subscribed. "Don’t worry about interruptions in your service when you have your subscription on."

you have been getting service? or you didn't use in awhile?
Autopay is good but it could fail. Once it fails, account suspended and you have 90 days to pay or your account will be closed
Some people has a phone as backup and never aware of the payment issue. So, it is best to test out the phone monthly and login My Account and check the status and cycle date
