If my subscription cycle is shown as ending December 19 in my account, does it renew on December 19 or 20? It seems mine renewed today, showing December 19 as the starting date of the next subscription cycle, despite the fact that it was also the end date of the previous cycle. Is this normal?

yes, it's a typo... just consider the date showing in your self serve account as the first day the new cycle begins

@yoyoyo first PM is running on 30 days cycle , not monthly
if you paid today, your current cycle should shoes: Dec 19, 2023 - Jan 18, 2024..
Please note the cycle actually ends midnight of Jan 18 and PM charge you shortly after midnight of Jan 18

@yoyoyo It will renew the same day it ends and remember PM is every 30 days not monthly so so it will renew on the 19

Hey @yoyoyo
Subscriptions are 30 day cycles. Not monthly cycles. You just have to look at your last invoice to see the dates and follow from there. Just mark your calendar every 30 days to keep track. So ya, it's normal.
