My account was under this email before but I had changed it to another email and forgot so when I reactivated on this account, it made a new account and started telling me to choose an eSIM number even though I already had a number. I realized my actual account is on the new email and that's where I was supposed to reactivate and I'm going to reactivate there now so please refund and cancel this subscription since I haven't even picked a number and you took my money out anyways. and please delete this account. I can't give any specific personal information since there's no way to contact this company, even by email.

You can Contact an Agent and explain the Situation, they should be willing to close the new Account that you accidentally Activated and put $34 on your Existing Account as a refund for what you accidentally spent on the second Account.
Complete the Activation and pick a Number and Create a PIN, this way the Agent is able to find the new Account you've created by mistake.
