I am struggling with chatbot, very frustrating 😞
Could you please let me know how to submit the request?

Well, it says that it's for new activations only. you can ask and see what they say. You never know submit your request in the chatbot to see if they will do it for you. Depends on your current plan if lower maybe.

In order to get one of these plans ($24 or $29) for existing account, should I create new account?

Most plans are 30 days. There are some that are 90 days, but you'd have to look at the website to see which and the details. The 90 days ones state specifically on the tab.

I see. Are they charging monthly or every three months?
I already have an account, but I don't mind to get new number.

Yes, there is no contract, so can cancel anytime.
It's prepaid, so you pay upfront so best cancel towards the last 2-3 days before your next thirty days because there is no refunds.
To cancel, you can port out your number to another provider. Or you can sign in to your account under the Subscribed tab in green and turn the autopay button to off. Will turn red. After ninety days of no payment, your account will automatically be canceled, and you will lose your number.

Thanks guys. So it's not a contract plan, right? I can cancel it at any time?

the prices of your plan will stay that price unless you change it to something else...BUT...PM does reserve the right to change the terms of a plan but you'll get notified well ahead of time. That's only happened 1 time since I've been here for 7 years. You can feel confident that you won't get skrewed over as others have suggested.

This plan is for new activations only. Are you activated in a new account? On the main page you will see the information, but once you sign in, if you are not a new customer you will not see it because you cannot change to it.
Once a plan is activated it is for as long as you decide to keep it or if public mobile decide to increase that plan.
Plans renew every thirty days when a new payment is needed to continue service.

HI @Shurik24 the plan price is not limited time. It stays,

The plans have no expiry date (besides technically in the fine print). You will pay that price until PM decides that they want to screw over their loyal customers one day.
