Getting Subscription Not activated after trying to set up e-sim. When clicking Get Support I get directed to sign-in to open a ticket I get a blank screen.

check the Sim Manager on the device (or Settings > Cellular) first and see if the Public Mobile eSim is there already and just not enabled? If you see the esim there, enable it. If it is an iPhone , set it as Primary and toggle on "Turn on this line". And also, if you still have the old provider sim card, remove it if it is physical or disable that if it is an esim
if not there, then yes, you really need to engage support by direct message for further help
