I have trouble activating my subscription. It stated, Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent.
But whenever I tried to sign in, it just froze and nothing happened.

I'm a brand new subscriber and had the same problem. When I tried to get support using the chatbot it was giving me a message that agents were too busy to serve me and it would disconnect. I attempted several times over the week without being able to connect. Next I tried what people on the community forums here suggest, to start a DM with a CS agent, however after a couple days still no one responded to that DM. But today I attempted the chatbot support request yet again and was finally able to submit an actual ticket and get through to someone - at that point they were able to help me promptly.
I'd suggest send the private message to CS agent as others suggested and also keep checking back with the chatbot to see if you can get through at a moment when they are not too busy to disconnect you right away.

if it is physical sim, then it probably really a problem on the system side. Please submit ticket and check your Community inbox after. You should get a reply from them in an hour

I already tried signing off and on several times. I even tried uninstall the APP. It has not been working since last night. I used an actual sim.

yes that error happens sometime
Logoff the app, wait 5 mins and try login again after the 5 mins
it should work after
And if you are activating an eSIM, please check your phone's SIM Manager screen, the eSIM migh have installed and just not enabled. The error message might also be for that. Just enable it and you should be good (might need a phone's Reset All network to complete)

@JackoKwan Are you using the APP to activate and not website ? All activations need the APP .if same here’s a direct link to support
