My subscription expired Nov 30 and I am trying to renew. 

It will not let me renew my subscription. 

Please help.

Thank You. It's now working. Logged into the app and changed the payment. It worked.

I dialed the number but since I can't remember my pin number I could not complete the process. How does one retrieve a pin.

How does someone retrieve their pin number?

You can dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and resume service with the CC on file.

did you try to login to My Account using browser with incognito mode and click Reactivate my service?  Did you also try using PM app? did it give you a payment error?

If you know your 4 digits account pin, you can try dialing *611 from your phone and make a payment with amount due there to reactivate your service. 

If not, another quick way is to get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/CanTire and then use *611 to load the voucher (no account pin required). 
Or you can also buy a voucher online with a fees via muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com and then load the voucher using *611.

If you want to confirm what was wrong, please open a ticket with PM suport by direct message and ask them to try to process the payment for you:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Tried again by using the link which brought me to the same page as before when I click on pay now to resume services it says: Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.

I even reentered credit card information again to make sure it wasn't a cache issue. What is E911 fees? Is that the Tax? It does add the tax I can see that. If it's not tax what is it?

@LottieD if you login My Account, click Pay and Resume Services to make a payment 

If the button is not there, use this direct link to load enough funds for renewal:

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
