I dialed the number but since I can't remember my pin number I could not complete the process. How does one retrieve a pin.

Tried again by using the link which brought me to the same page as before when I click on pay now to resume services it says: Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.I even reentered credit card information ...
