Just after my last payment was billed I noticed that Public Mobile was offering a cheaper phone plan subsciption therefor I signed up for that one - while clicking "change upon renewal" so that I was not billed twice. Yesterday my plan renewed but they did not change it. It is the same plan & price. I don't want to be charged a second time if I press the "change now" button. I feel like I might get stuck in this cycle if I cick on the change upon renewal button again. Is anyone able to help navigate this?

click on the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process to get Customer Support. Did you save a screenshot of the offer you took advantage of ?
