Why did my subscription change and go up in price?

I had international minutes and data and both have disappeared from my account and my rate went up.

@Marnieok  If you were on the old $15 plan everyone been moved off that and it went up to $18 but that was months ago that happened I recently see another poster today mention they were on $23 plan and it was going up to $25 but I’m not aware if either of those plans having international mins attached . But to be sure you should verify with support for exact reason and if there’s a specific offer for you in your account as when the $15 plan went to $18 current customers had option in there account to still pay $18 with more data

hi @Marnieok 

how much it increases? if around $1 or $2 , could be the E911 fees.  A government fees that PM charges on behalf 

but if you have a $15 plan, then it had a $3 hike last summer 

and for International minutes, if those were from Christmas giveaway, then they are still there.  When you check My Account, click Usage Breakdown under the usage meter and you will see it there
