Subscriptio from 3G to 4G change

Hello, with subscription change from 3G to 4G, do I need to change a SIM card? Thanks

Hi @George_S 4G is the same as LTE, just different terms for the same technology.  Different brands use different one

After switching to 4G, I only have two network options - LTE and 3G. I still do not have a 4G option.
