I'm having trouble linking my sim to my account. I tried to transfer my existing phone number to my account but I missed the 90 minut window. Now when I try to omelets the subscription it tells me my sim number is invalid

Best to contact a CS_Agent and have them reset the porting request to your previous carrier and have them check the invalid SIM.

Do you have any service with your PM SIM card?
If your port is stuck, you should still be able to call out and text out. Just unable to receive calls or texts. Data should be working also. .
