I subscribed on the 4th. My phone doesn’t seem to have properly ported over. I can’t receive certain text messages and my voicemail is still from virgin mobile. I used the eSIM option, maybe that has something to do with this?

You can call Public Mobile porting team to provide the correct Info and get status update. I will send you the porting team number. Please check your Community inbox for my message

I'll send you the porting number. They can retrigger the port over. Just make sure your Virgin Mobile SIM card is still in your phone so you can say YES to the porting request. Check your mail top right corner.
Nope. eSIM is fine. Just needed to say yes to the text.
