Submit a Ticket to a CS Agent

How does one do this simply?? The problem is you seldom do it so when you have to, you can't recall.

It shouldn't be this difficult. It's a real turn off for sure. Too much time is wasted trying to get an answer to your account.

I agree! but I don't think so as the question is specific to my/our accounts for missing rewards. Thanks for your reply, I'm good to go now.

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+)Here

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
