Yes, you will definitely receive SMS from PM regarding Holiday bonuses.
Last year I received it on 11th Dec.
Even if you for whatever reason do not receive it, agent will assist to add it to your account.

and no worry, you will get your turn. Many customers still have not get it yet
they will only manually process if after Dec 15

Just wait it out and worry about it on the 16th. I have only got one text of three accounts.
