I recently switched from my old provider to Public. I can use my phone just fine, but when I tried to log into my account to see when my bill was due, I've run into a problem. I get a page saying they need to confirm my access. They send me a verification number. I enter it, verify. I start to go to another page, assuredly my account page, but I get sent right back to the "We need to confirm your access, we're sending you a code". It's an endless loop. Help?

try doing a network re-set to see if that helps. If that doesn't help, you should start the process to get Customer Support to help. Click on the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page.
