I have recently switched to a different cell phone carrier. How do I stop my preauthorized payments?

@Gio72 - if you didn't port your number to another provider, and went to another provider and got a new number, then log into My Account to disable Autopay. OR, 611 or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device to remove it, you need your 4 digit pin to do so.

If you ported out your number to another carrier then your account will be cancelled including AutoPay. But if you picked a new number, you will need to login to your account and disable Subscription and remove your CC information.

If you ported your number to another provider then your PM account has been closed/deleted.
If you did NOT port your number out then log in and disable autopay: Click on Payments then on Manage Subscription. Toggle switch.

If you successfully ported out your number to another carrier, the Public Mobile account has been closed and there should be no further charges.
