I am wondering if anyone can help me figure how to have my stolen iPhone blocked using the IMEI? Usually I would contact my provider (Public Mobile...obviously LoL) but as far as I know there is no way to actually contact customer service to request the phone to be black listed/blocked.
Please note: I have suspended service via my mobile portal. “Find my iPhone” isn’t active on the phone, so that method won’t work.
Please help! I want to make sure whoever stole the phone won’t be able to use it or sell it to someone else.

when using SIMon
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "security or identity fraud issue"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

@MattBrown524 Yes, there is a way to contact customer service. Open a ticket at https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and have the moderatora add the phone's IMEI to the national blacklist.
