hey i need to black list my phone and need to know the steps to get that done

use the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe

The phone manufacturer does not blacklist phones. It is the network operators that do it. @TallTiny , if you want to have your phone blacklisted, use the link below to submit a support ticket.

Login to your account and click on Lost or Stolen Phone to pause service then contact the phone manufacturer to have the IMEI Blacklisted.
Once you get a new phone and SIM, login to your account and change the SIM to continue service with your old number.
