Hi, I have a big problem here. My phone was stolen and the email address that is linked to my public mobile account is locked with 2FA to my stolen phone and I can't remember my public mobile password so I have no way to access my account or any of my accounts even my bank account. Please help what can I do to get my phone number back?

HI @michaelcoquet PM CS agent can help you to reset the password to login
Remember to ask them how they will proceed with a SIM card change, maybe they can override the 2FA process as you don't have the phone and you don't have the access to your email account at the moment. Make sure you ask
