I have activated my SIM on November 9th and assigned myself a new number cause I am Koodo customer. still waiting for MOD to port my number. so far no body responded to my request.
i am not sure why its so difficult to port Koodo customer to PM.

My wife ported to PM from koodo and made a new account for PM with email as same as that of koodo today. It, however, seems there is no problem utill now.

I am using the same email account i use for Koodo. what should i do now ?

You should be able to request from your self-serve account under Change Number option.
Remember to not use the same email as the one your used on koodo account.
