I have an iPhone 6s, switched to public mobile three days ago. I did all the suggestions the good people in the community suggested, I cannot find the mobile setting ->mms setting on the phone and Apple store cannot help me with that either.i have no reply from the moderator since.
Does anyone know what else I can do?
and if I can ask for a refund???

Well...it looks like paging you and Luddite was selected as the solution 🙂
Unless she's not saying what the actual solution was.
@Anonymous yeah I thought this was kind of funny too!

So it’s not actually solved, ok. Is this iPhone from freedom mobile? If so, you’ll need to delete the profile under settings.

I have a 6s and here's what I have under Settings >> Cellular >> Cellular Data Options >> Cellular Data Network.
I remember awhile back, of a website that would allow you to download updated cellular data network settings. It generated a script that "installed" on your phone. Had to do this for my sister's phone a few years ago, but I'm foggy on the details now.

I just found your previous topic. Have you tried the "Reset All Settings"
What happens when you try to open safari app, no matter the webpage? Try a couple of different ones that you know work well?
Were you able to try your Sim in a phone that you know works?
Or a SIM that you know works in your phone?

I have turned the sim off too already

You didn't happen to have your sim pin selected on with your previous carrier? If so it needs to be off.

Oh, ok. Have you tried a factory reset, not just a network reset! Select to keep the information.
EDIT: "Reset All settings"

It is active. I have the amount shown like that

It is working? What fixed it or did it just start working?

Cofirm in your Self Serve Account you have Data being displayed? Should look like 4608/4608 mb, indicating you haven't used any of the 4.5gb or what ever amount you have on your plan?

I understand it is not the messages, but the MMS setting is under messages because it can work even if you don't have a data plan! Just want to confirm it is selected on.

It is not the messages. I cannot find mms setting under mobile setting..

MMS just needs to be selected on . It is under Messages, near the bottom.
