Still locked out after more than 24 hours.

Hi,

 

I entered my password incorrectly too many times and self service locked me out - says to wait a while before trying again.  Ok it's been about 36hours and now I'm trying a password reset.  I supply the user name and confirm the user name the message I get is:

Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help.
 
 
Who do I contact to get this fixed?

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
and clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help.

So you did try the Forgot your Password option.

If that does not work, contact the Moderators.
