Hi! Is it possible for me to start my new plan before my current 30 days are up? I’m currently at a lower plan but am changing it to a higher plan. However, I still have about 10 days left in my current plan. Is there a way for me to start my new 30 days before my current 30 days are up?

@ASomeonePerson there would be 2 choices, change at the next cycle or change immediately.
You will probably want to change immediately from what you told us. That would make a new 30 days cycle from today and any unused portion of the "current' cycle will be gone.

Yes you can do that by choosing change plan now. I suggest you wait until after midnight eastern to make the plan change otherwise you will be paying for today with only 90 minutes left. Then your next renewal will be on August 10th rather than the 9th.
Remember to add the full amount for your new plan first then go to the plans and add ons page and choose your new plan. Scroll down and confirm and submit your payment.
It's always best to do the following before performing a change in your account:
- Clear your browser.
- Reboot your device.
- Open one tab only.
- Use secret/incognito mode.
- Firefox, chrome or safari works best.
Rewards will not be applied for partial months. They will be applied on your next renewal.

Yes, if you select the immediate plan change option, the new plan starts immediately and it'll be a new 30 days. You'll need to pay for the 30 days immediately. Also, as stated before, you will lose the time and usage from the old plan and you will not be compensated.

The plan change doesn't have to be a higher priced plan to be able to make an immediate plan change in self serve. The change only needs to be to a different plan.

Yes if you are changing plan. You can always click on Change Immediately option.
(No if you are staying with current plan and just want to start the new cycle early because you used up data/minutes)

You can upgrade your plan right away but you'll lose any talk/texxt/data you still have on old plan...no refunds or prorate.
