then we are customers here only.  You should just submit ticket and message support.

Need issue addressed provisioning, all possible support questions already answered

when did you send the first message? Agent replied yet? what did they say?

Already tried multiple phones and physical Sim cmon public mobile get your sh&t together

we are only customers here on the Community and we try our best to help.  But in cases like sim provisioning , you need support to help   😞  Message them again this morning for update and escalation

Yes I know it's provisioning and ticket opened its getting people to do the job

the SOS error usually is a sim provisioning error.  You opened ticket with PM support already? Message them again

And was that an eSIM activation? if so, try to click Reset all Networks and see if it helps

If it is a physical sim activation, try to put the sim in another phone to test
